Contract: 24 months (Best monthly value) or 12 months (More flexibility) for residential broadband.
Monthly price: £36.00 per month, including VAT.
Router & provisioning: No upfront charge on 24-month Fibre/Full Fibre. £72.00 one-off (incl. VAT) on 12-month Fibre/Full Fibre and on 5G MiFi Pro, payable after signing where applicable. Any separate installation or engineering fee is shown independently.
Speed & availability: Estimated speeds and service availability depend on the selected address, technology, coverage and partner network.
Equipment: TravHawk equipment remains TravHawk property unless stated otherwise. £75 may apply if equipment is not returned, is lost or is damaged beyond fair wear and tear.
Cancellation: 14-day change-of-mind period. After the minimum term, the service becomes monthly rolling and normally requires 30 days' notice. One Touch Switch (OTS) is not currently operated by TravHawk; switching is subject to the industry procedure once available.
