What payment methods do you accept?
We accept monthly direct debit via GoCardless — the standard, secure method for UK broadband. Setup takes minutes during the online checkout process.
Can I upgrade my plan after ordering?
Yes. You can upgrade to a faster Full Fibre plan at any time where technically available, with no upgrade fee. You simply pay the new monthly rate from your next billing cycle. Timing depends on network provisioning at your address.
What if TravHawk is not available at my address?
If Full Fibre is not yet available, we may be able to offer 5G fixed wireless instead. Our coverage checker will show all options available at your property.
