TravHawk Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14331306. Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.
When you order a TravHawk service, you enter into a service agreement with TravHawk Technologies Ltd. During the online order journey you will review a customer agreement pre-filled with your package, address, monthly price, contract term and any setup fee before signing electronically.
We provide the broadband or connectivity service described in your order confirmation, delivered using established UK wholesale network partners. TravHawk manages the customer experience, billing and support for your service.
Your minimum contract term, monthly price and any one-off installation or setup fee are shown in your order summary and signed agreement. Monthly charges are collected by Direct Debit on the schedule stated in your agreement.
Installation dates depend on network availability at your address. We or our partners will contact you to arrange installation where required. You must provide safe access to the premises and accurate contact details.
Any router or equipment supplied with your service remains the property of TravHawk Technologies Ltd unless stated otherwise. If equipment is not returned on request, or is returned damaged or lost (excluding reasonable fair wear and tear), a charge of £75 may apply.
Your use of the service must comply with our Fair Use Policy and applicable law. We may take action, including suspension, where use threatens network integrity or breaches these policies.
We aim to address reported faults within 48 hours, subject to engineer availability and factors outside TravHawk's control. For business customers with an enhanced care level, response targets may differ as stated in your agreement.
Monthly charges are collected by Direct Debit. Your first payment may be collected within 10 days of your service being set up. Subsequent payments are collected monthly per the schedule in your Direct Debit mandate.
Once your minimum contract term ends, your service continues on a monthly rolling basis. You may cancel by giving 30 days' written notice. Information about cancellation, including statutory cooling-off rights, is set out in our Cancellation & Cooling-off page and in your signed agreement.
