How to cancel your order or service and information about cooling-off rights.

If you change your mind after placing an order but before your service is activated, contact us as soon as possible at info@travhawk.com or 0208 058 3393.
Where you order services at a distance (for example online), you may have a statutory cooling-off period. The end date of your cooling-off period, where applicable, is shown in your order confirmation email and signed agreement.
During the cooling-off period you may cancel without giving a reason, subject to any charges for services already started at your request.
If you wish to end your service during your minimum contract term, early termination charges may apply depending on your contract term and how long you have been a customer. Please contact us for a quote before cancelling.
Once your minimum contract term ends, your service continues on a monthly rolling basis at the same price. You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days' written notice.
TravHawk does not currently operate One Touch Switch (OTS). Once OTS integration is confirmed with our wholesale partner, switching to or from another provider will be handled under the OTS industry procedure. Please contact us if you need assistance with switching providers.
To cancel, email info@travhawk.com with your name, address, account or order reference and the date you wish the cancellation to take effect. We will confirm cancellation in writing.
Your signed Service Agreement and Terms of Service contain full contractual terms about ending your service.
